Happy Med was conceptualized at the height of the pandemic lockdown – May 2020; specifically at the living room of the founder. The founder was thinking of a way to join patients and doctors in a medical consultation even if they are in a remote situation. The founder thought that the system had to be efficient and safe both for doctors and patients. In addition to this, he also made it a point that there should be:
